Joint Protocol Relating to the Application of the Vienna Convention and the Paris Convention

The protocol links the Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage (1963; see above) and the Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy (1960; see above) and eliminates possible conflicts arising from the simultaneous application of both conventions.

Adopted in Vienna, September 21, 1988. Not yet in force.
