Signed at Paris, August 27, 1928. Parties (all ratified 1929): Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, United States. Proclaimed July 24, 1929.
